I apologise if it’s the wrong place to ask.
I’m packaging a vnc server for Debian/Ubuntu, and I’d like to reuse /etc/ssl/private to hold a certificate I generate. I want to reuse ssl-cert group access and the dir to hold my certificate. Can’t reuse snake oil cert, because it’s split into 2 files, and the vnc server can only use 1 file.
Is this a good idea? Is the interface stable to use?
