I upgraded some debian.org hosts from DSA's build of apache 2.4.23-8 to our
build of 2.4.25-1 on jessie.

It seems that process does not restart htcacheclean:

This seems like an oversight. I would assume a package's services to be

jessie. This made the default installation vulnerable to some DoS
