apache2.2-common still in sid - maybe manual decrufting needed?

Hi,

the package apache2.2-common (2.2.22-13) is still in sid ... but I
couldn't find a good explanation why. The source package apache2
previously providing it has been successfully rebuilt on all
architectures ...

This is a bit nasty as it blocks most piuparts tests for upgrading
apache packages from wheezy or jessie to sid (since the dependency
apache2.2-common of the old package is not installable in sid - it would
be not a problem if it no longer existed in sid).

Perhaps you can look into this and maybe check with the ftp-masters
whether this can be decrufted manually.

It's lot listed in the daily cruft report [1].
