we are aware. You seem to have reported the bug against the Squeeze
version of the package which is to be replaced by Apache 2.2.22 really
soon. Beyond, there is no way to upgrade to a newer version for Wheezy
since it is frozen and to be released this week.

Beyond that we do currently have no plans to update Apache 2.2 in
Testing once the freeze is lifted, as we plan to start to transition to
Apache 2.4 immediately after the release.
