I upgraded apache from 2.2.15 to 2.2.19 and upon apache start got this:

Configuration Failed
Upon manual upgrade of libapr1 to 1.4.5, this problem was fixed

This issue affected upgrades from pre-squeeze versions only, as
squeeze already has libapr1 1.4.2-6, which includes the fix for
#591286.
Wheezy, the version after squeeze, will be released next week. As
upgrades skipping one Debian release are not supported, this issue is
no longer relevant. Closing.
