Hello Thomas Documentation of ServerName [1] shows that it takes a fully qualified domain name, not an IP address. I tried [2a01:4f8:d12:2200::3] but I could not make it work either, using testing version 2.2.22-12. IP addresses must be put in the parameter of a VirtualHost directive. Then, depending of your needs, you may have to play with the order of the vhosts. Please read virtual host configuration directives documentation. [2] [3] So I don't think this is a bug.
