Bug#676610: silently ignores config files with a colon in its name

The details about which files are ignored are listed in README.Debian. 
Since the reason is mainly ignoring backup files from editors and 
dpkg, I don't think a warning makes much sense.

That's a reasonable request for wheezy. I don't want to change the 
rules for squeeze, though.
