Hi 

a few days after libapache2-mod-rivet had been uploaded to
'experimental' bug #666828 filed to force a rebuild from source was
reopened. 

Andreas Beckmann ran a piuparts test and the package
postinst script failed because a2enmod (shipped with apache2) was
missing, apparently contradicting one of the transition recommendations

"* Do NOT depend on apache2, apache2-common or any other real apache2
  package in your binary module package. Depend on our virtual
  apache2-api-20120211 package only!"

libapache2-mod-rivet binary package depends on ${misc::Depends} as
stated in the Debian Apache policy

The package builds on every architecture except for mipsel (still 
uncompiled and waiting in BD-Unistallable status) and hurd-i386 where 
it doesn't compile for a problem to be investgated and apparently 
connected with the autotools toolchain specific to the experimental
distribution for that architecture.

Hi,

during a test with piuparts I noticed your package failed to install. As
per definition of the release team this makes the package too buggy for
a release, thus the severity.
