Disabling tests produces a package, do you think is sane enough to
upload a package to the archive with tests disabled? (its just
testprocmux the one failing).
BTW, I also tried to disable the test, but I get:
.libs/abts.o:abts.c:function alltests: error: undefined reference to
'testprocmutex'
collect2: ld returned 1 exit status
