Can you please report which problems still apply with 2.2?

2.2 has LanguagePriority and "ForceLanguagePriority Fallback" which 
should help with the problem.

According to James A. Treacy's comment, this should be fixed in 2.x:

Is this insufficient? If yes, what is required?
