has caused the Debian Bug report #164620,
regarding Wrong Content-Encoding for *.gz.* and *.bz2.* filenames
to be marked as done.

This means that you claim that the problem has been dealt with.

Bug report if necessary, and/or fix the problem forthwith.

When in text files appears ".gz." in the middle of the name Apache sends
a wrong Content-Encoding. If you download for example

http://www.kernel.org/pub/linux/kernel/crypto/v2.4/patch-int-2.4.3.1.gz.sign

it sends "Content-Encoding: gzip". The same happens with ".bz2."

remain open for older distributions.
