Bug#308484: marked as done (apache-modconf should not need to overwrite config files when querying)

regarding apache-modconf should not need to overwrite config files when querying
to be marked as done.

This means that you claim that the problem has been dealt with.
If this is not the case it is now your responsibility to reopen the
Bug report if necessary, and/or fix the problem forthwith.

cp: cannot create regular file `/etc/apache/httpd.conf.dpkg-inst.queue': Permission denied

is there any reason apache-modconf needs to muck with my httpd.conf when
merely querying?  furthermore, i'm not sure why it needs to overwrite
my httpd.conf at all (shouldn't it be messing with modules.conf?).
