Bug#517089: apache2.2-common: postinst should look for existing /index.shtml

The postinst looks for all kinds of index documents in /var/www, but does not look for the file index.shtml, which I'm using.
I was surprised to see the "it works" page after an upgrade and thought at first my index page had been overwritten.
The list of files to check before copying over the default page should include index.shtml or be somehow more dynamic to the users configuration.
