Bug#395959: missing mysql support in libaprutil1

There are four open bug reports about this, three against apr-util and
one against apache2. I don't think it is difficult to find.
Either the php or mysql package needs to be changed before we can
activate mysql support in apr-util. The mysql change will not happen
for lenny, but hopefully the php change will.
