post files onto ssl client cert secured site

Hi there,

I have this problem to post files larger than 128k onto ssl client cert 
secured site as discribed here

Now Krzysiek Pawlik hast postet a patch 
(<http://issues.apache.org/bugzilla/attachment.cgi?id=21473>) for this 
problem.

I like to now if this is patch is to be included in debian-packages and if 
so when will it be available?
