mod_mime_magic: can't read magic file /usr/share/misc/file/magic.mime

The mod_mime_magic belongs to apache-common:

dpkg -S /usr/lib/apache/1.3/mod_mime_magic.so
apache-common: /usr/lib/apache/1.3/mod_mime_magic.so

The file is missing and shall be correctly placed.
