http://www.Otac.ba je dizajniran s namjerom da informiše širu javnost
o problemima i pravima oceva u Bosni. Ova web stranica posebno želi
pomoci ocevima koji su odvojeni od svoje djece nepravednim odlukama
sudova i socijalnih radnika.
Inicijativa Valentinova
Jednan milion Bosanaca živi van države, pa je cesta je pojava da
loš brak rezultira povratkom jednog partnera u Bosnu sa djetetom
(najcešce je to majka). Pa ipak uprkos ucestalosti problema ni
Sudovi ni Socijalne službe kao da nisu svjesni da se ovaj jednostavni
cin ustvari zove otmica djeteta i da za sobom povlaci zakonske mjere
koje osiguravaju siguran povratak djeteta u njegovu/njenu domovinu.
U svrhu skretanja pozornosti na ovoj izuzetan problem, prva planirana
akcija site-a otac.ba je poruka ljubavi odvojenih oceva njihovoj djeci.
Naša inicijativa za Valentinovo je jednostavan primjer mirne demonstracije,
osmišljena tako da pošalje poruku da i mi, ocevi odvojeni od svoje djece,
imamo pravo da volimo svoju djecu.

http://www.Otac.ba (Otac=Father) is a website designed to inform the general
public about issues relating to father's rights in Bosnia. In particular, this
site is designed to help fathers who have been separated from their children
through unfair decisions made by the courts and the social services.
Valentine's Day Initiative
With over one million Bosnians living abroad (almost a quarter of the
population), it is an all too frequent occurrence that a bad marriage
results in one of the partners returning to Bosnia with the child (usually
the mother). Yet despite the frequency of the problem, neither the courts
nor the social services seem to be aware that this simple act is in fact
called child abduction, with legal measures in place to ensure the safe
return of the child to his/her home country.
In order to address this specific problem, otac.ba has planned its first
action to be a message of love, from separated fathers, to their children.
Our Valentine's Day Initiative is a simple example of a peacful demonstration,
designed to send the message that we, fathers separated from our children,
have the right to love them too.
