Package: apache2

Severity: wishlist

$ w3m -dump http://localhost/

Not good enough. Say what works. w3m? Also give a version number.
(Also wasn't there a link to see Apache documentation before? Too bad
no more.)

All aspects you mention are left out intentionally. Upstream unfortunately
had too many problems with angry users contacting them about why some
expected web site has been hacked. Any reference to Apache on the default
page has therefore been removed.
