Bug#398223: Posible cause: logrotate/cron

The problem can be caused by "daily cron", to when launch a logrotate,
apache2 dies (if you have this problem, check any of your logs just
after to this die, and you look to are "clean", or look the date of
the SIGTERM and the date of the first line of your logs)
