Surely saying tgz is x-tar ignores its compressed state, and conflicts
with /etc/mime.types?!
$ grep x-.\\?tar /etc/apache2/apache2.conf /etc/mime.types
/etc/apache2/apache2.conf:AddType application/x-tar .tgz
/etc/mime.types:application/x-gtar				gtar tgz taz
/etc/mime.types:application/x-tar				tar
