apache2 fails to build from source with the following error:

mv: cannot stat `debian/apache2-mpm-worker/usr/share/man/man8/apxs.8': No such file or directory
mv debian/apache2-mpm-worker/usr/sbin/ab debian/apache2-utils/usr/sbin/ab
mv: cannot stat `debian/apache2-mpm-worker/usr/sbin/ab': No such file or directory
make: *** [debian/stampdir/move] Error 1

Could this be another sighting of bug #239840?
