I had the same problem until I understood I had to add a line with "NameVirtualHost *:80" in my global conf apache2.conf (I put it just before sites-enabled inclusion "Include /etc/apache2/sites-enabled/[^.#]*", which for me are <VirtualHost *:80> sections). It removed all warning and all instantly all worked fine. Don't know if the same will works for you. -- christophe grosjean
