Bug#351346: apache2-mpm-prefork: ssl engine don't work

After installing server and upgrade to last version of apache2 ssl
support was gone.
I'm added 'Listen 443' to ssl.conf lower line with <IfModule mod_ssl.c>
Effect - only http at this port.
