Bug#316642: apache-perl: Please recompile Apache-perl with latest Perl libraries

I am using the latest Debian Perl package which is 5.8.7. If I install a module
from CPAN, the module is not available to my mod_perl scripts which were
compiled with an older version of Perl. Please recompile apache-perl with the
latest Perl libs.
