No i don't have google keywords, but you can check the BTS for apache1.3.
We had to temporary disable pam limit support because not all the options
indicated by upstream works as expected. Most of the time even a simple
script could have caused apache to refuse to work properly (with limits
enabled). Since all the internal tests we did had issues in one way or
anohter, we decided to remove it completly.
