Bug#268579: apache2: segfault in default install

Justification: renders package unusable

Immediately after apt-get installing apache2 (apache2 apache2-common
apache2-mpm-worker), I try to access the local server.

The following appears in the error.log:

[Sat Aug 28 01:31:13 2004] [notice] child pid 4850 exit signal Segmentation fault (11)
