Bug#258772: apache2-mpm-prefork: wrong path of suEXEC binary

I can't use suEXEC.
When i start apache2, i found follow warning.
Warning: SuexecUserGroup directive requires SUEXEC wrapper.
The path to the suexec binary hard-coded in apache2-mpm-prefork is /bin/suexec.
