Bug#258252: /usr/lib/apache2/modules/mod_ssl.so: mod_ssl.so fails with "undefined symbol: X509_free"
Package: apache2-common
Version: 2.0.50-1
Severity: important
File: /usr/lib/apache2/modules/mod_ssl.so
After upgrading apache2 from 2.0.4x to 2.0.50 it did not start anymore. Loading aborts with this error message:
Cannot load /usr/lib/apache2/modules/mod_ssl.so into server: /usr/lib/apache2/modules/mod_ssl.so: undefined symbol: X509_free
Re-compiling the package on my system did not help either.
