My /etc/init.d/apache doesn't understand "force-reload".
Should use "graceful" instead.

start      - start httpd
stop       - stop httpd
restart    - restart httpd if running by sending a SIGHUP or start if

fullstatus - dump a full status screen; requires lynx and mod_status enab=
led
status     - dump a short status screen; requires lynx and mod_status=20
enabled
graceful   - do a graceful restart by sending a SIGUSR1 or start if not=20
running
configtest - do a configuration syntax test
help       - this screen

invoke-rc.d: initscript apache, action "force-reload" failed.

Hi,
	I am closing this bug since i am sure 100% that something has been
manually modified on that system like linking /etc/init.d/apache to
/usr/sbin/apache-sslctl that is messing the world around. As well i am
sure 100% that none of the debian packages have ever done something like
that.
