Bug#252918: First line of description confusing

That's rather confusing, since apache2-mpn-prefork is a version of
Apache. I think it should be "... as Apache 1.x".
However, since a few lines down it says "in a manner similar to Apache 1.3."
its probably best to just delete that line.
