Bug#249632: apache-perl: Doesn't Install (might be Apache::DBI's fault but starting here)

After upgrade I get.....

Unfortunatly this update pulled in a really big set of packages so who
is really to blame is uncertain. The most likely packages would appear
to be apache-perl and whatever contains Apache::DBI
(libapache-dbi-perl).
