Bug#248730: Bug only seems to affect mod_perl though

All these modules (DBI, Net::LDAP, etc) seem to work when i use them
from a cgi or in my normal perl admin scripts, but not from mod_perl.
The last perl changelog item says something about changing the
dynaloader version, so maybe all that is needed is a rebuild of this
package against the new perl version to make dynamic loading work again?
I dont really know, i only use this stuff. Good thing i have lots of
backup servers that i didn't "apt-get upgrade" yet ;).
