Sorry folks,
Looks like upstream bumped the version number of DynaLoader which
shipped with 5.8.4-1 (see #247291), meaning that anything linked using
ExtUtils::Embed to libperl.so.5.8 and DynaLoader.a breaks.
For 5.8.4-2 I've backed out the DynaLoader changes, which will allow
any packages built against 5.8.3-3 and earlier to continue working
without a rebuild, but sadly breaks anything built against 5.8.4-1 as
a consequence.
Please re-build against 5.8.4-2 when uploaded (shortly).
Apologies for the inconvenience.
