How can be confusing? It is the only way to preserve all modification
since woody packages do not have any check over config files. They were
not handled by ufc and they were not marked as configfiles.

I am not aware of this. Can you tell me how can i be sure 100% that the
files were not modified and preserve in case user modifications?
