Bug#156972: LFS: >>4GB filesize problems

Package: apache
Version: 1.3.29.0.2-6
Severity: normal
Followup-For: Bug #156972

This is essentially a 'me too', except I wanted to say that I'm trying
to transfer >>4GB .deb packages. apt-get can handle 3GB packages, but
the header for >>4GB is wrapped and results in apt getting a short file.

I also tried apache2 (which clamps at 2GB), like thttpd, and also
aolserver, which clamps at 4GB and reports negative values for sizes
between 2GB and 4GB.
