Bug#242626: apache2-mpm-prefork: apache complains that libgcc1_s.so.1 is missing

Apache complains in the error.log-files with the fowolling line:

libgcc_s.so.1 must be installed for pthread_cancel to work

And it does so rather massively when keeping in mind that this server
is no under load. Transfers disconnect randomly somewhere midfile.

Everything fixed by installing libgcc1
