Package: apache
Version: 1.3.28-4
Severity: normal

Since the upgrade that created the /etc/apache/modules.conf file, my
server was no more able to find the appropriate index file when being requested
an url ending by /. DirectoryIndex was ignored and an apache-generated
index of the content of the directory was served. Commenting out the
autoindex_module line in modules.conf fixed the problem. Moving the line
before dir_module fixe the problem. In my old httpd.conf file (the .back
that I guess was created by the update) the autoindex_module was BEFORE
the dir_module line.

Thanks,
Christophe
