Bug#224782: apache-ssl: Apache-ssl will not build with any other shell than /bin/bash

Package: apache-ssl
Severity: important
Tags: woody

Apache-ssl needs bash to build. If you have your /bin/sh symlink
pointing at something else, apache will not build.
