Package: libapr0
Version: 2.0.47-1
Severity: minor

When upgrading a apache-mpm-prefork setup, the libapr0-2.0.48-1 package
breaks the setup. Downgrading to 2.0.47 including libapr0 fixes the
problem again.

System first started to complaint with this error:

[Wed Nov 12 10:35:20 2003] [crit] (38)Function not implemented:
mod_rewrite: could not create rewrite_log_lock Configuration Failed

After some research, and disabling all modules/virthosts etc. apache2
2.0.48 still wouldn't start, downgrading fixed it.
