Bug#220334: upgrade hoses apache2, weird ipv6 error message

thanks a lot for your tests! thom is on the way to ApacheConf with
an M16 to teach the other guy how to write code for linux socket :-)
In the meanwhile -2 should appear soon in main with the fix.
