Bug#212782: marked as done (mod_mime_magic : missing /usr/share/misc/magic makes apache fail to start)

after updating 'file' and 'libmagic1'  packages to latest sid version
(4.04-1), apache fails to start since the file /usr/share/misc/magic is
not found .

Symlinking /usr/share/misc/file/magic to /usr/share/misc/magic won't
help since Apache raises several errors when parsing the file (last
errors shown below) :
