Package: apache-ssl
Version: 1.3.27.0-2
Severity: important

After I had already apache running for some time on Debian/testing,
tried to install apache-ssl too.

It fails at the end of the installation as it cannot start apache-ssl -
since it's running already. The package stays in status Failed-config.

Output of "apt-get install apache-ssl":

> Launching... /usr/lib/apache-ssl/gcache
> pid=1489
> /usr/sbin/apache-sslctl start: httpsd started
> Starting web server: apache-ssl/usr/sbin/apache-ssl already running.
> failed
> invoke-rc.d: initscript apache-ssl, action "start" failed.

Following commands worked:
# /etc/init.d/apache-ssl stop
# dpkg --configure apache-ssl

This bug has been already fixed in 1.3.27.1-1 that is not in testing yet.
I am closing it.
