When using an alias like `/documents' to refer to a particular section of my
apache documents tree, the configuration script will always comment that alias
out, providing a remark like the following:

## FIXME ## Alias /documents    /var/www/documents/
## The above line conflicts with Policy, which specifies that /doc
## refers to /usr/share/doc/.  Some packages may not work otherwise.

However, /documents is not /doc, as you can see. I assume there is a
pattern-match for something like doc, rather than, \bdoc\b or something to
that effect.
