If there is a seperate log file path in the httpd.con eg:
CustomLog /var/www/domain.org/logs/custom_log full
ErrorLog /var/www/domain.org/logs/error_log
and the path does not exists apachectl configtest report no error or
warning
if you now reload apache the server crashes with an apache sigfault 15
