Bug#192157: apache-ssl: placeholder contains .gif-image
Package: apache-ssl
Version: unavailable; reported 2003-05-06
Severity: minor
Tags: patch
Hi there,
The default placeholder-page that comes with apache-ssl (probably also
with apache) contains two images in the (afaik) non-free .gif-format,
I mogrified them into .png, maybe You want to include the free ones
instead of the gifs.
The images are:
https://<yourhost>/icons/apache_pb.gif
https://<yourhost>/icons/jhe061.gif
I placed the apropriate .pngs on my site http://dnl.sanso.dyndns.org, so
http://dnl.sanso.dyndns.org/apache_pb.png and
http://dnl.sanso.dyndns.org/jhe061.png get You the mogrified versions.
especially seeing the GNU and the penguin in a .gif seems wrong ;)
Greetings,
Richard
