it happens again and again and again etc. it should be fixed - on a
package management level, not a particular occurence of this problem.
the fact that it's unstable is not a valid excuse for re-occuring
problem.
even less so because to run usable desktop system one practically has
to run unstable...
note that I'm not saying it's apache problem, it's more a problem of
package management system, but it should be addressed... perhaps this
should be handled by dselect? dpkg? apt? when uploading package?
