Bug#141871: acknowledged by developer(Bug#141871: fixed in apache-ssl 1.3.24.2+1.47-1)

the problem is not really that the problem occured (apache-ssl
requires apache-common that is not current at the moment) but that it
occurs regularly, not sure if it happens everytime apache
(apache-common) is updated but it happens at least every few months. It
is always fixed within few days but it is annoying (given that it
occurs often).

I don't know whether it's possible to somehow synchronise apache-ssl
and apache-common when uploading the new version or make lintian
complain or something else... but something should be done about this
re-occuring problem... IMO.
