Re: apxs2 doesn't work

Fixed in 2.0.34+retag-1 - available at:
deb http://pandora.debian.org/~thom/apache2/ ./
deb-src http://pandora.debian.org/~thom/apache2 ./

This also fixes the problem with cgis.
