Sometimes, you can ask 'hey, $PACKAGE doesn't work for me, can you help?'
and get no help at all or 'shout' "HEY $PACKAGE DOESNO'T WORK FOR ME BECASUE
$RANDOM_INSULT_TO_DEBIAN_PLUS_WINDOWS_IS_BETTER_COMMENT" and get plenty of help.
