If it happens once (such as just at boot), it probably isn't anything to
worry about.  I happen to have a CD drive that is particularly difficult
when probed, and libata is more verbose about its errors than the ide
drivers were.

From looking at the source on lxr.linux.no, it seems like this is an
error where something became ready (or not ready) unexpectedly, and I
don't see any of the flags that look like they indicate a data error.
To be sure, run a SMART test (package smartmontools) and see if anything
comes up.

You probably don't want to put that on a public mailing list.  It looks
